Tera brings more than 26 years of nursing experience across critical care, emergency nursing, pediatric ICU, and interventional radiology. As founder of Ritter Concierge Nursing, she provides personalized in-home nursing with a focus on post-surgical recovery, complex care coordination, patient education, medication support, and advocacy. Known for calm clinical judgment, discretion, and clear communication, Tera helps clients and families navigate care with confidence while coordinating closely with their medical team.
Irena, MSN, FNP
Wound Care Specialist
Irena brings nearly 30 years of nursing experience and advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner to patients with surgical, chronic, and complex wounds. She has particular experience supporting patients with delayed or complicated healing following cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Her approach combines experienced clinical assessment, individualized wound-care support, patient education, and thoughtful coordination with the patient’s medical team.

Pediatric Critical, Emergency & Post-Surgical Care
Lia specializes in pediatric critical and emergency care, bringing calm clinical judgment and skilled support to patients and families during vulnerable moments. She also provides attentive in-home post-surgical care, helping clients recover safely and comfortably with individualized monitoring, education, and coordination with their medical team.
