A nurse can help with positioning, personal care, skin protection, and prescribed wound care. We assist with medications as ordered, observe changes in comfort or symptoms, and communicate concerns to the hospice team.
Care follows the hospice plan and the patient’s preferences. Your hospice team remains responsible for hospice services and changes to treatment orders.
